Because it provides greater filtering capacity in a smaller area - one ComPleat™ filter element can take the place of nearly three 10-foot bags - a ComPleat™ system can increase the filtering area by as much as 30% without the large capital expenditure and costly, lengthy shutdown required to expand the size of a collector.
In most applications, a smaller housing is required by a ComPleat™ system. Also, pressure drops are less than or equal to those experienced with the standard filter bags. ComPleat filter elements are easier to remove and install - even in tight spaces - so your maintenance personnel will spend less time on routine baghouse service, and these compact, lightweight filter elements also require low compressed air to administer cleaning pulses, saving on energy costs.
